PFC Co-Cool Flap Discs

POLIFAN flap disc with particularly cool grinding for materials that are difficult to machine such as high-alloy and rust-resistant steel, nickel-based alloys or titanium alloys.

Materials that can be worked:
Hard aluminium alloys, nickel-based alloys (e.g. Inconell and Hasteloy), other non-ferrous metals, high-temperature-resistant materials, nickel- or titanium-based superalloys, stainless steel (INOX), steel, mill scale, steel, cast steel

Applications:
Deburring, surface grinding, surface work, chamfering, work on edges, weld dressing
and fine grinding in multiple steps
