This PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) electrical tape is botj flame retardant and weather-resistant. Suitable for use at not more than 600V and not more than 80°C (176°F).

It also boasts a high dielectric strength, and provides excellent mechanical
protection with minimum bulk.
