SNMG 120404-VL INSERT GRADE IC806

SNMG-VL double-sided square inserts feature a chipformer used on high temperature alloys and stainless steel parts such as valves. Used for facing and longitudinal turning in roughing and finishing conditions they are manufactured using a tough submicron substrate, PVD coating followed by a special "SUMO TEC" surface treatment. Suitable for turning Inconel at low to medium cutting speeds.
