IC20 (K10-K20). Uncoated carbide grade for grey cast iron over 220HBN, malleable cast iron, silicon aluminum, copper alloys. fibre reinforced plastics (FRP) phenolic laminates, stone, wood, stainless steel and high-temp resistant alloys. Suitable for Finishing and medium finishing at medium speed, medium feed and interrupted cut conditions. High wear resistance.
IC9150 (P10-P30 K10-K25) A TiCN/Al2O3/TIN multilayer, CVD coated grade. Used for finishing and medium machining of carbon and alloy steel and cast iron at high cutting speeds. High wear resistant and excellent repeatability.
IC9250 (P20-P30 M15-M30) TiCN/Al2O3/TIN multilayer, CVD coated. For grooving/turning forged, low carbon, low alloyed steel parts. For finishing & medium machining of stainless.
