44505, Fixed, Food Service Knife, Curved, Blade Stainless Steel

Designed to peel fruit and vegetables as well as for making decorative cuts, this range of curved knives are made from fully hardened and tempered stainless steel and are easy to clean. The handles are insert-moulded from polypropylene co-polymer to withstand sterilising and dishwasher use and do not present the potential health hazards that are frequently associated with other knives. All blades are laser tested and manufactured from tempered stainless steel that is then double taper ground and hand finished.
