Carbide-tipped contact point and interchangeable anvils for excellent durability except the 18 - 35mm (.7 - 1.4") model uses a carbide ball contact point. Interchangeable anvils have a large radius of curvature for repeatable ID measurements of roughly finished holes. Optional extension rod can be attached. Stability of indication: 2mm. Digimatic indicator can be installed in place of the dial indicator.
