In addition to daily - use absorbents, there is often a requirement in the work-place for a larger volume of absorbent material to be held in one location for use in an emergency - a spill response kit. This may be small, capable of absorbing up to 7 litres - or large, with an absorption capacity of 1000 litres or more. Whatever the size, the same basic requirements will apply.
